Concédese exención de derechos de aduana y de fletes en el ferrocarril del Pacifico a la "Empresa Harinera de Moscopan". Compañía anónima domiciliada en Popayán, para la máquina de trigo, con sus respectivos accesorios, que introducirá y montara en el ciudad ya mencionada.

Parágrafo

_ El Gerente de la Empresa presentará al Ministerio de Hacienda y la Junta Directiva del Ferrocarril del Pacifico, comuniquen las ordenes conducentes al cumplimiento de la referida exención.
