º. Atribuciones de los, funcionarios de la planta de personal actual. Los empleados de la planta actual del Ministerio del Interior, asignados a los Fondos continuarán ejerciendo las atribuciones a ellos asignadas hasta tanto se haga efectiva la fusión ordenada, que debe estar concluida dentro de los sesenta (60) días siguientes a la publicación del presente decreto.
