La solicitud sobre acumulación se dirige al Juez que debe conocer de las causas reunidas, antes de que éste pronuncie el fallo definitivo.
Cuando los autos estén en distintos Juzgados, el solicitante debe acompañar a su petición elcertificado del respectivo Juez sobre la existencia del pleito que se quiera acumular y el estado en que se halle, sin el cual no puede darse curso a lasolicitud.
