Artículo trece. El plazo para el pago de las parcelas, con su dotación y crédito de producción, se calculara de acuerdo con la capacidad de reintegro del parcelario sin que el plazo pueda ser inferior a diez años, ni superior a 20 en lo referente al valor de la tierra y la construcción de vivienda; pero se aceptara al parcelario abonos que reduzcan el plazo.
