Los Asesores Jurídicos de la Secretaría General del Ministerio de Defensa, de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional, tendrán las categorías y devengarán las asignaciones establecidas en el Decreto 2721 y 2285 de 1968 y las disposiciones que los adicionen o reformen sin perjuicio de los demás derechos que les corresponden como empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional.
