Auméntase en dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) la partida de que trata el artículo 3º de la citada Ley, destinada a compra de uniformes e instrumentos y demás gastos de la Banda Nacional, y en cien pesos ($ 100) mensuales el sueldo del director de la misma corporación.
