Art. 3.° La Nacion cede en propiedad gratúita, a la persona o compañía que construya el ferrocarril, cincuenta mil hectaras de tierras baldías de las que existan a lo largo de la línea, en lotes de cinco mil hectaras, quedando entre uno i otro igual cantidad de que pueda disponer la Nacion.
