Las infracciones a lo estipulado en el presente Decreto serán sancionadas con multas de cincuenta a quinientos pesos, por cada infracción conocida.

Parágrafo

Estas multas se impondrán por resoluciones de los funcionarios del Departamento Nacional de Ganadería, serán apelables solamente ante el Ministerio de la Economía e ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional
