Variaciones porcentuales del índice de Precios al Consumidor (VIPC) . Los valores de las VIPCm, donde m es un mes calendario genérico, hasta agosto de 1995, son: A partir de septiembre de 1995 las VIPCm serán las que certifique el Dane para cada mes. El Dane hará llegar mensualmente a todas las entidades que tengan necesidad de utilizar las normas contenidas en este título, y que se hayan inscrito ante él, una certificación respecto a la VIPC del mes inmediatamente anterior. Las VIPC que fueron utilizadas para el cálculo de bonos emitidos, no serán modificadas por el emisor aunque sean modificadas posteriormente por el Dane.
