La Nación, a través del Ministerio de Cultura contribuirá a la financiación, promoción, sostenimiento, conservación, divulgación, desarrollo y fomento, nacional e internacional, del Festival Internacional de la Confraternidad Amazónica, en sus distintas expresiones, de investigación cultural, de pedagogía y enseñanza de las tradiciones culturales que estén asociadas al Festival.
