La acción de dominio sobre los predios adquiridos para los fines de esta Ley, sólo tendrá lugar contra las personas de quienes los hubiere adquirido el Instituto para la restitución de lo que recibieron por ellos, de conformidad con el artículo 955 del Código Civil.
