Intervinientes en la capacitación. En la capacitación de la Aerocivil intervendrá la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), la cual brindará asistencia y cooperación técnica, y los demás organismos, instituciones o personas naturales y jurídicas, de carácter público o privado, nacionales e internacionales, que por fuera de la organización orienten, influyan, interactúen, regulen o ejerzan control sobre el proceso de capacitación que se brinde a los servidores de la entidad.
