Saneamiento De Bienes

Decreto 4057 de 2011 · por el cual se suprime el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), se reasignan unas funciones y se dictan otrasdisposiciones.

Saneamiento de bienes. Los bienes que sean objeto de traspaso deberán encontrarse debidamente saneados de cualquier gravamen o limitación al derecho de dominio.

Parágrafo

Los vehículos de propiedad del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), que sean transferidos a las entidades receptoras de las funciones trasladadas en el presente decreto, así como a otras entidades u organismos de la Administración Pública deberán entregarse en las mismas condiciones de registro y certificado de seguridad que gozan en la actualidad. Para tal efecto, el Ministerio de Transporte deberá adelantar los trámites que sean necesarios. CAPÍTULO V Contratos y convenios
