º . Adiciónase el artículo 507 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, con el siguiente

Parágrafo

En los procesos administrativos sancionatorios o de liquidación oficial de corrección o de revisión de valor adelantados contra el usuario de comercio exterior, se deberá vincular a la agencia de aduanas al respectivo proceso con el objeto de establecer su responsabilidad como consecuencia de su gestión de agenciamiento aduanero, proponiendo la imposición de las sanciones a que haya lugar".
