El intermediario contratista deberá dar aviso a la empresa del fallecimiento del empleado u obrero que está a su servicio dentro de los ocho (8) día de ocurrido. En el contrato celebrado entre la empresa y el intermediario, podrá reducirse o ampliarse este término y señalarse las cláusulas penales que estimen convenientes para el caso del cumplimiento de esta obligación.
