El Alcalde sancionará sin poder presentar nuevas objeciones el proyecto que considerado por la Junta fuere aprobado. Sin embargo, si la Junta rechaza las objeciones por violación a la Constitución, la ley o los Acuerdos Distritales, el proyecto será enviado por el Alcalde al Tribunal Administrativo, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes, acompañado de un escrito que contenga los requisitos señalados en los numerales 2 a 5 del Artículo 137 del Código Contencioso Administrativo (Decreto 01 de 1984). El Tribunal decidirá conforme al trámite señalado en el Artículo 121 del Código de Régimen Municipal.
