Quien tenga conocimiento de irregularidades en la administración de justicia, podrá formular la correspondiente queja ante cualquier funcionario del Ministerio Público, Si el que recibe la queja no fuere el encargado de ejercer la vigilancia judicial del despacho afectado, la pasará inmediatamente al Agente que corresponda, quien la tramitará sin dilación.
