La Jerarquía De Los Oficiales De La Fuerza Aérea En Orden Ascendente, Es La Siguiente: Alférez

Articulo 20. La jerarquía de los Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea en orden ascendente, es la siguiente: Alférez. Subteniente. Teniente. Capitán Mayor. Teniente Coronel. Coronel. General.

Parágrafo 1

Para efectos de clasificación por categorías los Oficiales se agrupan así

Oficiales generales;

Oficiales superiores (Coroneles, Teniente Coronel y .Mayor):

Oficiales Capitanes, y

Oficiales inferiores (Teniente, Subteniente y Alférez).

Parágrafo 2

La Jerarquía de los Oficiales de la Fuerza Aérea, podrá llegar hasta los grados siguientes: Oficiales Navegantes, hasta General. Oficiales de Intendencia, Sanidad y Justicia, hasta Coronel. Oficiales técnicos, hasta Capitán.
