En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se incluirá la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) destinados a la construcción de la carretera que unirá las ciudades de Manzanares y Honda, pasando por los Municipios de Núñez y Victoria, en los Departamentos de Caldas y Tolima.

Esta cantidad se entregará a una Junta de tres ciudadanos que para impulsar rápidamente esta obra se instituye en la ciudad de Manzanares, y cuyos miembros serán nombrados por el Poder Ejecutivo.
