El Jefe de la Flotilla hará la distribución adecuada de labores, de manera que quede promediada la jornada de ocho horas diarias de trabajo. Solamente podrá reconocerse servicios en horas extras en los casos en que el Ministerio los ordene previamente, ofreciendo expresamente su remuneración.
