Las entidades concesionistas expedirán un carné o credencial a los vendedores del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes. El valor de esta Credencial en 1982 será de cien pesos ($ 100) y podrá reajustarse cada dos (2) años, a juicio del Ministerio de Salud, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones del mercado y las conveniencias económicas de tal determinación. En todo caso, el reajuste deberá ser consultado con las entidades concesionistas.
