No obstante lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, los juicios mencionados se suspenderán á solicitud de parte cuando, respecto de ellos ocurra alguna de las circunstancias relacionadas en el artículo 5.° del Decreto ejecutivo número 46 de 1900, citado.
