Antes de formular a un testigo preguntas detalladas sobre las circunstancias de los hechos, o sobre los mismos hechos, se les pedirá que hagan un relato espontáneo sobre todo lo que sepan acerca del hecho principal y que sea materia de la declaración. Y solamente después de que el testigo haya hecho este relato espontáneo, se le podrá formular el interrogatorio detallado.
