Obligación de renovar el registro sanitario . Al término de la vigencia del registro sanitario se deberá obtener la renovación del mismo. Para efectos de la renovación del registro sanitario el interesado deberá presentar antes de su vencimiento la solicitud en el formulario que para estos efectos establezca el Invima. Los alimentos conservarán el mismo número cuando se renueve el registro sanitario conforme al presente decreto.
