Asignaciones mensuales . Las asignaciones del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, Serán las determinadas por disposiciones vigentes sobre la materia).

Parágrafo

Ningún Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares podrá recibir, por razón del desempeño de sus funciones salvo en el caso previsto en el artículo 82 del presente Estatuto, o en otras normas legales, sueldos, primas, bonificaciones o cualquier otra clase de remuneraciones de entidades Oficiales del Orden Nacional, Departamental o Municipal.
