Decreto 718 de 1966 · por el cual se reorganizara la educación industrial de nivel medio y se crean las carreras técnicas intermedias.

Articulo quince. En cada Instituto Técnico Industrial funcionara un comité Técnico integrado así: El Rector quien lo presidirá. El prefecto de talleres. Un representante de los profesores de las asignaturas cultura general, elegido por ellos mismos. Un representante de los profesores de las asignaturas técnicas elegido por estos. Un representante de la industria local.

Parágrafo

Este comité tendrá las siguieres funciones: a) servir de cuerpo consultivo del Rector en cuestiones del orden docente, técnico y administrativo, y b) organizar y administrar el Fondo rotatorio del plantel
