ARTICULO 2 º. NATURALEZA. La Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar es una empresa industrial y comercial del Estado, dotada de personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y capital independiente, vinculada al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo

En ejercicio de la tutela administrativa, corresponde al Ministerio de Defensa Nacional la orientación, coordinación y control de la Caja, en los aspectos de organización, personal y actividades que debe desarrollar éste de acuerdo con la política general del Gobierno.
