El Municipio de San Andrés podrá continuar la conservación y reconstrucción de la carretera de que trata el artículo anterior, así como adelantar su construcción. En tal caso las inversiones que haga por tal concepto serán reintegradas por la Nación al Municipio de San Andrés, para cuyo efecto presentará las cuentas correspondientes al Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
