ARTICULO 70. Asistencia militar. Es la atención al requerimiento del Gobernador, del Alcalde, del Comandante de Policía, de los jefes de organismos de seguridad del Estado y de las autoridades penitenciarias a la autoridad militar más cercana, cuando la Policía Nacional no esté por sí sola en capacidad de contener grave desorden o afrontar una catástrofe o calamidad pública.
