La Asamblea podrá sesionar y deliberar con la presencia de un número plural de afiliados que representen por lo menos la mayoría absoluta de sus miembros. Salvo que la ley o los estatutos exijan una mayoría superior, las decisiones se tomarán por un número plural de afiliados que represente por lo menos la mitad más uno de los votos presentes en la reunión. Cada afiliado tendrá derecho a un voto en la asamblea del Fondo. Cuando se trate reuniones por derecho propio o efectuadas en virtud de una segunda convocatoria, se aplicará lo previsto en el artículo 429 del Código de Comercio.
