º . Seguimiento. La labor de seguimiento a la gestión del liquidador del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, en Liquidación, estará a cargo del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, según lo dispuesto en el literal b) del numeral 1 del artículo 296 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades propias de otras autoridades tales como la Contraloría General de la República y de los responsables del control interno a que se refiere el artículo 7º de este Decreto.
