° El Superintendente General de Rentas Nacionales, previo acuerdo con el Administrador de Hacienda Nacional de Cundinamarca, y el Jefe de Encomiendas Postales, elaborará un plan completo de reorganización de dicho ramo, a base de la incorporación decretada, y lo someterá al estudio y aprobación del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
