El remanente de estos ingresos, después de atender las obligaciones de la Caja de Auxilios, se destinará a la adquisición de lotes para la construcción de cuarteles para la Policía Nacional; a la construcción de tales cuarteles; a mejorar los ya existentes y que pertenezcan a la Caja o al Gobierno Nacional y también a mejorar, cuando las necesidades lo exijan, los que se construyan de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en este Decreto.
