Modifícase el artículo 1º del Decreto 1054 de 1995, el cual quedará así: "Fijar derechos correctivos en la forma de gravámenes arancelarios iguales a la diferencia entre los gravámenes totales aplicados a terceros países por Colombia y por Venezuela a las importaciones originarias de este país de los productos clasificados por la partida arancelaria 1701, con excepción de los clasificados por las subpartidas 17.01.11.10.00, 17.01.12.00.00 y 17.01.91.00.00."

Parágrafo

Los derechos correctivos a los que se refiere el presente artículo se aplicarán sobre el precio de referencia CIF.
