El Director General de la Unidad de Búsqueda de Personas dadas por Desaparecidas en el Contexto y en Razón del Conflicto Armado (UBPD), distribuirá los cargos a que se refiere el presente decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal de manera flexible de acuerdo a las funciones y necesidades del servicio de la Unidad.
