º. El artículo 5º del Decreto 1269 de 1972, adicionado por el artículo 7º del Decreto 359 de 1972, quedará así: Las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda podrán contratar con establecimientos de crédito, compañías de seguro y sociedades de capitalización, sean o no accionistas, el suministro de oficinas para su funcionamiento, así como los servicios y el personal especializado para el ejercicio de sus funciones. Fijase como plazo límite para los contratos mencionados, el período de un año, contado a partir del día de iniciación de operaciones de cada una de las oficinas o sucursales, según certificación de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
