En los Municipios en donde los comités departamentales lo estimen conveniente habrá un comité municipal de protección infantil, integrado por el Cura Párroco o la persona que él designe, el Alcalde y tres miembros nombrados por el comité departamental, entre los cuales habrá por lo menos una mujer.

Etos comités desempeñaran todas las labores que le sean encomendadas por los comités departamentales o por el Consejo Nacional.
