Artículo quinto. Las fianzas o garantías de que trata los ordinales b) y c) del artículo 10 del Decreto número 0336 de 1957, se constituirán ante el Administrador de la Aduana por la cual se efectúen las importaciones, y por el término establecido en el contrato. La cuantía de la fianza o garantía de que trata el ordinal c) del artículo antes citado se determinará en el contrato suscrito con el Ministerio de Fomento.
