Ámbito de aplicación. Las relaciones económicas entre el Generador de la Carga, la empresa de transporte y el propietario, poseedor o tenedor de un vehículo de servicio público de transporte terrestre automotor de carga, se regirán conforme a lo dispuesto en la presente Sección.
