Pero si el propietario del buque perdido no hubiere podido conservar su patente, hará esta declaración acompañada de las pruebas que justifiquen su pérdida, las cuales serán estimadas por la oficina respectiva, salvo siempre el derecho de ocurrir a los Tribunales.
