° Las actuaciones y documentos sujetos a papel sellado podrán adelantarse u otorgarse en papel común sin perjuicio de su validación sin sanciones ni intereses, siempre y cuando que ella se efectúe dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la fecha de terminación del cese de actividades. Cuando el impuesto de timbre deba pagarle en el momento de realización de un acto, el contribuyente podrá también pasarlo sin sanciones ni intereses dentro de los cinco días siguientes a la fecha de terminación del cese de actividades.
