En las propuestas los oferentes deberán manifestar el cumplimiento de todas las condiciones legales requeridas para contratar, tales como existencia, capacidad, representación legal, no estar incursos en inhabilidades e incompatibilidades, propiedad o derecho de uso de patentes y marcas. Previamente a la suscripción del contrato, el proponente seleccionado deberá acreditare! cumplimiento de todos estos requisitos, conforme a lo previsto en la ley.
