Periodicidad del Control . La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud constatará el cumplimiento de los estándares de permanencia en el área financiera de las entidades vigiladas en forma trimestral y aplicará cuando haya lugar las sanciones previstas en la ley y en el Sistema Unico de Habilitación.
