Contratación del servicio de conectividad. Las entidades Estatales del orden nacional, obligadas a aplicar la Ley 80 de 1993 y la Ley 1150 de 2007, o las normas que las modifiquen, deroguen o subroguen, deberán habilitar el acceso a Internet de que trata el presente capítulo a través de los acuerdos marco de precios vigentes.

Los organismos y entidades públicas del orden nacional no obligadas a contratar sus servicios a través de acuerdos marco de precios, deberán habilitar el acceso a Internet inalámbrico de acuerdo con su régimen contractual.
