Lo dispuesto en el artículo 914 del Código Fiscal tendrá aplicacion cuando el excedente sea mayor de la décima parte de los terrenos solicitados; pues cuando no exceda de dicha décima parte, se le adjudicará al denunciante todo el globo, pagándolo en los términos prevenidos por el referido Código.
