del artículo 424 del Estatuto Tributario, se entenderá cumplido con el visto bueno que otorgue el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural para los productos relacionados en el artículo 1º del Decreto 2439 de 1994 o en las normas que lo modifiquen o sustituyan.
