CORRUPCION DE ALIMENTOS Y MEDICINAS. El que envenene, y contamine, o altere producto o sustancia alimenticia o medicinal que ponga en peligro la vida o la integridad física de las personas con fines terroristas, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y a multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales.
