Comprobación de los requisitos sanitarios. Una vez haya sido terminada la construcción del establecimiento para el cual se obtuvo autorización sanitaria, o se hayan concluido los procesos de remodelación o ampliación, según el caso, su propietario o representante legal deberá informar al respecto a la Secretaría de Salud Departamental correspondiente con el fin de que mediante inspección ocular, se compruebe el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales de carácter sanitario, así como los que se deriven de la solicitud correspondiente. (Artículo 66 del Decreto 2257 de 1986)
