º . Requisitos para ser candidato. Para ser candidato a la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Televisión, por los grupos electores de que trata el artículo 4º del presente decreto se requiere: Ser ciudadano en ejercicio, mayor de 30 años, ser profesional universitario o tener más de 10 años de experiencia en el sector de la televisión y no encontrarse incurso en las incompatibilidades e inhabilidades previstas en la Ley 182 de 1995 y en el artículo 38 de la Ley 734 de 2002.
