Art 3° Desde el día en que se pongan en circulación las monedas de que trata este Decreto, no serán de obligatorio recibo las monedas extranjeras de a cinco centavos que estén perforadas o a las cuales por el uso no se les distinga la marca que debieran tener. COMUNIQUESE Y PULIQUESE.
